Payment Options

Services covered under your insurance plan at contracted rates

We are in-network with select insurance providers. If your plan is included, your evaluation may be partially or fully covered based on your specific benefits.

Plans we’re in-network with:

  • Aetna
  • UnitedHealth Optum

Additional plans may be added over time.

Have one of these plans? Contact us and one of our care coordinators will verify your benefits and guide you through the process.

Use your insurance benefits for potential reimbursement

If we are not in-network with your insurance plan, you may still be eligible for reimbursement.

We provide a detailed superbill that includes all necessary codes for you to submit a claim to your insurance company.

How it works:

  • You pay for services at the time of care
  • We provide a superbill after your appointment
  • You submit the superbill to your insurance provider
  • Your insurance may reimburse you directly based on your plan

Coverage varies depending on your benefits.

Contact us and one of our care coordinators will guide you through the reimbursement process and help you understand your out-of-network coverage options.

Pay directly for services without going through insurance

We offer self-pay services for families seeking timely, comprehensive evaluations without the limitations or delays often associated with insurance.

This approach allows for shorter wait times, personalized, in-depth assessments, and clear, actionable recommendations tailored to your child.

Split the cost into structured payments over time

We offer structured payment plans that allow families to divide the cost of the evaluation into smaller payments over time.

Payments are scheduled in advance, with the final payment due on the day of the evaluation.

This option is designed to make the evaluation process more manageable without the need for third-party financing.

Use pre-tax healthcare funds for eligible services

HSA, FSA, and HRA are tax-advantaged accounts that can be used to pay for healthcare services.

  • HSA (Health Savings Account): A personal account that allows you to use pre-tax funds for medical expenses. Funds roll over year to year.
  • FSA (Flexible Spending Account): An employer-sponsored account that typically must be used within the plan year.
  • HRA (Health Reimbursement Arrangement): An employer-funded account that reimburses eligible medical expenses, depending on your plan.

Can I use HSA, FSA, or HRA for services?

Yes. These accounts can often be used for neuropsychological evaluations and mental health services.

Coverage varies depending on your specific plan. We recommend contacting your benefits provider to confirm eligibility.

Education-based funding for eligible families

Step Up For Students may allow eligible families to use approved funds toward evaluations and services.

If your child qualifies, these funds can help cover the cost of care.

Third-party options to spread out payments over time

We offer several financing options that allow you to begin services and pay over time:

  • CareCredit

  • Afterpay

  • Affirm

  • Klarna

  • Zip
