At Neurokids Center, our comprehensive evaluations are designed to gain a deep understanding of how a child’s brain functions and how cognitive, developmental, emotional, behavioral, and medical factors interact across everyday settings. Through an integrative, whole-child neurodevelopmental approach, we assess areas such as learning, attention, executive functioning, language, memory, emotional regulation, and adaptive skills. Each evaluation provides clear diagnostic clarification and a personalized roadmap to guide intervention, educational planning, and ongoing support.
In-depth evaluations of brain–behavior functioning that examine how cognitive processes impact learning, behavior, and daily functioning. These assessments typically explore attention, executive functioning, memory, language, visual-spatial skills, processing speed, motor coordination, and emotional and behavioral regulation. Neuropsychological assessments are especially helpful for children with complex profiles, developmental concerns, or medical or neurological histories.
Broad developmental evaluations for young children that assess functioning across multiple domains, including cognitive development, language, motor skills, social-emotional functioning, adaptive behavior, and early self-regulation. CDEs provide a clear picture of a child’s developmental profile and support early identification, early intervention planning, and family-centered recommendations.
Evaluations focused on understanding a child’s learning profile and academic functioning. These assessments examine cognitive and learning processes, academic skills, and factors that may impact school performance, such as attention, executive functioning, or processing differences. Findings support educational planning, targeted interventions, and the development of appropriate school-based accommodations.
